By using NumVault ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
NumVault is a Sudoku puzzle game for personal use. You may use the App on any compatible device you own.
All data you enter into NumVault is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your device. If you uninstall the App or lose your device, your data cannot be recovered by us.
NumVault displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You may remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase.
NumVault offers a one-time purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests should be directed to the respective store.
NumVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Porch Light Software. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
NumVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Porch Light Software shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
